Students of SST, Samuel Oyefusi, Amarachi Alu-Ewah, Israel Afolabi and Christian Onuoha of the #IOTRONICS team, represented Pan-Atlantic University (PAU) at the Pan-African Robotics Competition (PARC) in Senegal, accompanied by Dr. Kazeem Oyebode as mentor.
PARC is a youth robotics competition that brings together robotics team across Africa and its diaspora. Competing teams are given challenges based on real-world topics relevant to science, engineering and the sustainable development of Africa.
Thanks to esteemed partners like Google, MathWorks , CAYTU Robotics and vexrobotic try, and also to Ada TAPILY, Chief of staff to the President, Dakar American University of Science and Technology (DAUST) , Abdoulaye FAYE, founder of CAYTU robotics, and Evans Djangbah (Engineer at CAYTU Robotics) for orchestrating this remarkable event.
