Paul Osemudiame Oamen graduated with a First Class degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Benin. He worked with Pan Atlantic University during the National Youth Corp Service providing assistance and supervision for the construction works of SST. He is also responsible for the production of suitable course and laboratory manuals.

His interest in basic circuit design and construction and software development.
