Dr. Darlington Agholor, the Dean of SST, co-authors a book “Tu & Co” on Mentoring.
Tu & Co is a university mentoring program based on the development of skills, the result of joint work with professors, students and multiple companies that hire graduates of the University of Navarra.
This book compiles the materials that make up the Tu & Co mentoring methodology: 12 key competencies for the development of a university student, design of mentoring interviews, questionnaires to evaluate competencies, a workbook with exercises to analyze the results, some guides with questions, specific suggestions and resources to develop each of the competencies and cases based on real student experiences. All of them are nurtured by the many years of mentoring experience at the University of Navarra.
