Pan-Atlantic University (PAU) hosted the PAU Women In STEM Conference, a first of its kind. The conference aimed to create an event where girls, could find answers from industry women and feel confident about their next steps.
The Dean, Darlington Agholor PhD, R.Eng (COREN), MNSE, gave a welcome address and Mrs. Nkiru Ukachukwu, Director Career Office, spoke on the impact of the event. The keynote speech from Engr. ELOHOR AIBONI, inspired the participants to be in the STEM industry and encouraged them to push forward from the classroom to their careers.
The event brought together some of the most inspiring women in the industry, NGOZI ADELEKE, Nkechinyere Chigbo, Debbie UBARU, Nnenna Ajanwachuku, Chisom Nwokwu, Favour Urhiofe, Ivie Omas, Omotoso Dolapo, Oreoluwa Somolu Lesi and many other remarkable professionals.
